Income Tax Filing

Accurate ITR preparation for salaried individuals, professionals, businesses and NRIs.

What this covers

We prepare and file income tax returns end to end — selecting the correct ITR form, computing income under every applicable head, and reconciling what you report against what the department already knows from Form 26AS, the Annual Information Statement and the Taxpayer Information Summary.

Most avoidable notices come from mismatches, not from evasion: interest income the bank reported but the return omitted, a share sale visible in the AIS, TDS claimed against the wrong assessment year. Reconciliation before filing is where that gets caught.

Every return is filed with a written computation, so you can see how the figure was arrived at rather than being handed a number.

How the engagement runs

  1. 01

    Document collection

A checklist specific to your income sources — not a generic list of everything a taxpayer might conceivably need.

  2. 02

    Computation and regime comparison

We compute your liability under both the old and new regimes and file under whichever is genuinely lower for your facts.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation

Return figures are matched line by line against Form 26AS, AIS and TIS before anything is submitted.

  4. 04

    Filing and e-verification

We file, help you e-verify within the statutory window, and hand over the ITR-V acknowledgement and computation sheet.

Common questions

Can I switch between the old and new tax regimes?
Salaried taxpayers without business income may choose afresh each assessment year. Taxpayers with business or professional income have a far more restricted right to switch back once they have opted out, so the choice needs to be made deliberately rather than by default.
What happens if I miss the filing due date?
A belated return can still be filed within the statutory window, but it attracts a late fee under section 234F and interest under section 234A, and certain losses can no longer be carried forward. Filing late is always better than not filing at all.
